Body In Balance, LLC is owned and operated by State and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist Tianne Wheat.
Tianne has been in practice since 1995, following her graduation from the Baltimore School of Massage at the Baltimore Holistic Health Center.
The Baltimore School provided a wonderful training in the basics of massage therapy. Continuing education with the Upledger Institute and with the John Barnes’ Myofascial Release Center has broadened and deepened Tianne’s core knowledge of massage as a therapeutic healing art.
Tianne specializes in treating those with chronic pain, migraine, acute injury and long-buried pain that is ready to be released.
Myofascial Release and CranioSacral therapy combine to allow deep work on the muscular system and very soft and light work on the nervous system. The effect is generally well received and pleasant.
Body In Balance offers space to other holistic therapists who need a place to practice their healing arts.
Tracey Eno, CMT, CTP is offering hours several days a week. Tracey is State and Nationally certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork, and is a certified Trager practitioner. Tracey also offers training in Mentastics, a movement therapy that teaches clients to feel more comfortable within their own body. |
Susan Robinson is a Certified Reflexologist and practices Chios healing. Reflexology of the feet, hands and ears stimulates points throughout the whole body to increase circulation and generate better overall health. Chios Energy Field Healing uses energy, color and light healing techniques to catalyze healing in the patient’s energy field (aura and chakra system)—helping the patient break free from afflictions and limitations of body, mind and spirit. It may provide enhanced quality of life for the patient, and facilitate spiritual growth. |

| Cheryl Castner, M.S., C.C.C.-SLP, CBP, is a licensed speech-language pathologist in the state of Maryland and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She has over twenty-five years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of various types of communication disorders and learning disabilities in the public schools, home health and private sectors with children and adults. She has an additional 10 years of experience in both the study and practice of various techniques used to help the body access its own natural healing abilities (energy work). These techniques are gentle, non-invasive and complementary to traditional medical care. As well as practicing energy work alone, she understands the value it has to complement other modalities, and is therefore now combining it with speech therapy in order to enhance her client's progress. |
